Megan Meier MySpace profile

Did MySpace have the right to solicit personal information from a 13 year old girl?

MySpace illegally solicited personal information from 13 year old Megan Meier. They led her to believe that she was legally obligated to supply that information when she was not legally obligated to do anything whatsoever for MySpace. They also decieved her into supplying her email and the password to her email. They then invaded her account and sent invitations to all of her personal contacts. This is what brought the Drew's and Meier's together on MySpace.

MySpace is guilty of hacking a computer.
